The Star Year

Air

A Star year is when you notice you want things again. The appetite comes back after grief. You catch yourself making a plan for a future you'd stopped believing in. Beauty lands for the first time in a long while. This is gentle and real, hope that came through the hard year before it and made it out. Your healing counts this year even when it's slow. You're allowed to believe in a future that looks nothing like the blueprint you were handed. The light came back, and you don't have to apologize for feeling it.

What to do with a Star yearLet hope be small and tentative this year, and notice beauty again on purpose. Reconnect through water, nature, or touch, and heal on your own timeline instead of for an audience.
